For Level 2 courses, no prior experience is required. These are designed as entry points for people new to the sector. For Level 3 and above, some relevant work experience or a lower-level qualification is typically expected. If you're currently working in care without qualifications, our Level 2 or Level 3 courses are the most common starting points.
Yes. Our NCFE/CACHE qualifications are nationally recognised and accepted by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care is the qualification required for registered manager positions in CQC-regulated settings.
